"The camera doesn't always love the model, especially when that model is a hamburger. Teri Campbell, who photographs food for clients such as Sara Lee, Bob Evans and Heinz, knows this all too well. After 20 years, he is well familiar with the ugliness of dripping ice cream, dull biscuits and scrawny-looking burgers. Making his subjects firm up, plump out and glisten is a trade in which Campbell takes pride, but doing it isn't as easy as using larger portions or substitutes."
